Subject: Re: Dead HD need data rescue
From: "Randy B. Singer" <randy@macattorney.com> Date: Fri, 23 Aug 2013 I agree. Drive Savers is the one to call.=20 I _don't_ agree. DriveSavers used to be the go-to choice, but they became full of themselves, ridiculously overpriced, and for that exorbitant price they now refuse to recover anything on a hard drive other than documents, and only then the document types that you agree to in advance. Screw them. I can get a drive recovery done for a half to a third the price elsewhere and they will recover the entire drive as a clone. I recommend: Drive Rescue, Inc. Mac Data Recovery & Forensics http://www.driverescue.net However, a couple of folks very recently have raved about this service, and the price certainly seems reasonable: $300 recovery http://www.300dollardatarecovery.com ___________________________________________ Randy B.
